Thomas D. Box (Tom), President & CEO
Mr. Box's cement industry background dates back to 1983 when he was responsible for the development of a 1,000,000 ton cement plant to be designed and constructed in Midlothian, Texas. Since that time, Mr. Box has been involved with cement projects located in the United States, Freeport, Grand Bahamas, The People's Republic of China, Egypt, Mexico, Ecuador, Post-Saddam Iraq, Ireland, and Afghanistan.
Mr. Box received a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology, a Masters of Science in Economics and Finance, and a Law degree from Baylor University.
Jill M. Killam, CFO
Ms. Killam's cement industry background dates back to 1983 when she began working on the financing and cost accounting of Box-Crow's 1,000,000 ton annual capacity cement plant located in Midlothian, Texas.
Ms. Killam, a certified public accountant, received a B.B.A. in Accounting (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Texas at Arlington. Among other duties, Ms. Killam coordinates and conducts sensitivity analysis regarding prioritizing capital budgets and other financial considerations.

Richard D. Anderegg (Dick), Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Anderegg’s experience in the cement industry dates back to 1958. Early in his career he was made Vice President, Manufacturing of Southwest Portland Cement Company in Los Angeles, California. Thereafter, he became President and a member of the Board of Directors of Giant Portland and Masonry Cement Company. Subsequently, he became President of Citadel Cement Corporation, as well as a Director of the Portland Cement Association. Later he became President of Box Crow Cement and currently acts as Chief Operating Officer of Box International Consulting, L.P.
Mr. Anderegg has a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, Ohio and a Masters of Business Administration and Industrial Management from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio.

Walter Kilroy, AIA, Construction Facilities Supervisor
Mr. Kilroy has over twenty years of experience in the design and layout of cement plants and related architecture. His expertise includes building design construction management, construction and manpower budgets, monitoring work in progress and feasibility studies. Mr. Kilroy has extensive experience in construction, quality control and supervision, as well as project management. He has wide international experience having worked in The Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola, as well as throughout North America.
Mr. Kilroy received a Bachelor of Architecture from Texas Tech University.

George B. Minervini, Environmental Compliance Supervisor/Geology, Hydrology
Mr. Minervini has over 25 years experience in project management for environmental, geology and geotechnical projects including environmental impact studies, risk assessment, subsurface investigation and remediation, mining exploration and production.
Mr. Minervini received a B.S. in Geology, State University of New York, and a Master of Science in Geology, University of Montana, Montana Tech.

Alvin James Bradford (Jimmy), Training Specialist, Operations Technician, Safety Officer
Mr. Bradford’s cement industry experience dates back to 1986 as a Control Room Operator. In 1994, Mr. Bradford was made Production Shift Supervisor and among his other responsibilities, he conducted hands-on training with personnel from several cement plants. In addition to Control Room Operator experience, Mr. Bradford has extensive knowledge of many control system programs and graphics to be encountered in the cement industry and is capable of designing and implementing any size or scale safety program in the cement industry to protect the employees, surrounding communities, the plant and the environment.
With over 21 years of cement industry experience and advanced training, Mr. Bradford has the in depth industry experience to properly identify and resolve virtually any challenge to be encountered in cement plant operations.
